We are aware that some families are seeing a payment prompt when setting up AthleteOne (A1). This is NOT required for SG1 families.

To ensure free access, please follow these steps carefully:

STEP 1 – Create Your Account ONLINE (Not in the App)

Create your AthleteOne account on a computer or mobile browser

Use the account-setup instructions provided in our previous post

STEP 2 – Add Your Child to Your Account

Once your child is added, their team information will populate automatically

STEP 3 – Download the AthleteOne App

After your account is created online, download the AthleteOne app

Log in using the same email and password

The app will be FREE once your account is properly set up

SG1 families do not need any paid features

Any payment options shown in the app are for optional college recruiting tools, which SG1 does not use or require
